Compare house types
The same house, every development that sells it.
Builders sell the same plan on many sites. Pick a house type, a builder or a town and see each site side by side: the asking price, the price per square foot, and what new homes nearby actually sold for.

Asking prices are the lowest published for each house type on each development, from the builder's website on the date shown. A development that lists the house but no price yet is shown at the bottom; if we have seen it on sale before, its last asking price is shown struck through with the date it was last listed. We have kept every price since late October 2026. Price per square foot uses the builder's stated floor area; Bellway, Ashberry, Barratt, David Wilson, Persimmon, Charles Church and Redrow do not publish total floor areas, so their homes compare on price. "Sold nearby" is the median price actually paid per square foot for new-build houses in the same postcode sector over two years: HM Land Registry prices matched to the floor area on each energy certificate, shown when at least five sales match. Offers are read from each development's page: hover or tap an offer to see the builder's wording. "Up to" is the largest single offer with a stated amount, or a stated percentage of this home's price; offers are not added together, and most apply to selected homes only. Builders must declare incentives to your mortgage lender, and the lender may value the home below the asking price because of them, so an offer is not the same as a lower price. Land, schools, transport and specification differ between sites, so a cheaper site is not automatically better value.
